La Pizzichería 300x200 Pizzichería nos presenta sus nuevos menús temáticos

Pizzichería, one of the best local pizza in the oven, just designing four new thematic menus, which will enjoy its specialties, depending on the time and the tastes of the diner.

The first of these is the “rogue menu” consisting of a Caesar salad, a pizza in thin dough and with a hint of spicy tuna, drink beer, and Pannacotta dessert or ice cream, a perfect menu to enjoy it with friends and for 30 € (two people). Another new menu is “Menu Me care”, which includes 35 € a Caprese salad, Caprese Pizza, made with a comprehensive mass, tomatoes and mozzarella di Bufala frescoes, and finally tiramisu or a soberte, everything watered with a good white wine.

The “Vespa menu” consists it a salad di Fruti di Mare, a G Pizza (pizza of salmon that WINS in the Milanese restaurants) and a Crepe of Nutella, and drink to choose between a wine Vespa (white wine with three drops of Campari) or Spritz, an appetizer of fashion in the area of the Veneto. And finally the “Gourmet menu”, which offers a tasting of Italian delicatessen and the Torre di Melanzane (with berengena, anchovies, tomatoes and Parmesan cream), the Tartufona Pizza (made with mushrooms and white truffle aroma) and a delicious tart of chocolate or a homemade ice cream, accompanying the feast, a bottle of champagne.

Pizzas of Pizzichería, have acquired so much fame for its artisan production-based Italian natural flour and fresh ingredients, baked at the time in an oven of volcanic stone that allows to distribute the heat uniformly by all the mass, with wood of Spanish oak which gives it a touch of rustic flavour. With a wide variety to choose from, from the Margherita until the more elaborate as the Bresaola or truffle.
