The cuisine of Madrid is an art, you just have to sit at their table to check it. Influence received from all Spain with the Madrid Special seal in recipes such as the traditional stew or the popular torrijasis noticeable in their dishes.

The Walk of the gastronomy of the Recinto Ferial of the Casa de Campo is the best proof of the open and hospitable character of the city, here we find kitchen and restaurant specialising in regional cuisine.
